Quit vaping, one calm breath at a time.
Sooth is built for vapers: count each time you reach for it, see how many pods you don't buy, and breathe through cravings with Soothie. Works with disposables, pods and e-cigarettes.
A quit app that speaks vape
Most quit apps were built for cigarettes. When you choose Vape in Sooth, everything adapts:
- Logging: one tap each time you reach for your vape. Count sessions, not puffs.
- Cost: the price of a pod, cartridge, bottle of liquid or disposable, and how many days one lasts you.
- Progress: vape-free time, vapes skipped and pods not bought.
- Milestones: written for vapers, from “The sweet vape smell on your skin and breath fades” to “Your home is tidier without pods, chargers and refills”.
- Honest by design: 13 tobacco-specific milestones, such as carbon monoxide and cancer risk, are hidden for vapers. You only see what applies to you.

Your plan: cold turkey or taper down
Stop completely from today, or let Sooth lower your daily limit every week. With a 10% weekly cut you are vape-free in about 10 weeks. Break reminders help you stretch the time between vapes.
Beat vape cravings with breathing
Cravings rise, peak and pass, usually within minutes. Sooth's SOS button starts a one-minute 4-7-8 session: breathe in for 4, hold for 7 and breathe out slowly for 8. Pursed-lip breathing is a favourite with vapers: a slow exhale through pursed lips, the familiar motion without the vapour.

Questions about quitting vaping
Can an app help me quit vaping?
Yes. A quit app gives you a plan, tracks your progress and helps you through cravings when they hit. Sooth is built for vapers too: you log each time you reach for your vape, track pods not bought, and use guided breathing to ride out the urge.
Does Sooth work for disposables, pods and e-cigarettes?
Yes. Sooth works with any nicotine vape: disposables, pod systems, refillable e-cigarettes and e-liquid. You enter the price of a pod, cartridge, bottle or disposable and how many days one lasts you, and Sooth works out your savings.
How do I count vaping if I don't count puffs?
Count each time you reach for it, not each puff. A session is one vape. It is simpler to log, and it shows the habit you are changing.
Should I quit vaping cold turkey or taper down?
Either can work. Cold turkey stops from today. Gradual reduction lowers how many times a day you vape by a percentage you choose each week (10% by default) until you reach zero.
What happens when you stop vaping?
Nicotine leaves your body within a few days, which is when cravings often peak. Over the following weeks many people notice less coughing and wheezing, fewer headaches, better sleep and steadier mood. Sooth's vape milestones are written for vapers and hide claims that only apply to tobacco.
Is vaping withdrawal different from smoking withdrawal?
Both come from nicotine, so the symptoms are similar: cravings, irritability, restlessness and trouble concentrating. Because vapes are easy to use all day, the habit can be woven into more moments, so noticing your triggers matters.
